The short description about foreclosure process in Ohio, Texas and Michigan
As you know the foreclosure process varies somewhat in different states,
and it actually depends on whether the state uses deeds of trust of mortgages for the purchase of real property.
Usually states which prefer mortgages conduct judicial foreclosure properties,
using the court system to execute the foreclosure;
states that use deeds of trust conduct non-judicial foreclosures, using an out-of-court procedure defined by state law.

The typical timeline for an OH foreclosure properties is seven months.
